Job Description

We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Programming Faculty to join our academic team. The faculty member will be responsible for teaching programming languages, guiding students in practical projects, preparing lesson plans, and ensuring students gain both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience in coding.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver lectures, practical sessions, and workshops on programming languages (e.g., C, C++, Java, Python, JavaScript, PHP, etc.). Develop and update curriculum, study materials, and assignments. Guide students in real-time projects, coding practices, and problem-solving. Conduct tests, quizzes, and exams to evaluate student performance. Provide mentorship and career guidance in software development and IT fields. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies. Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance teaching quality. Ensure an interactive and engaging classroom environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong knowledge of programming languages and software development concepts. Prior teaching or training experience (preferred). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to simplify complex topics for students. Familiarity with industry-relevant frameworks, tools, and coding platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in programming or software development (e.g., Python, Java, Full Stack Development). Experience in curriculum development. Exposure to project-based learning and real-time application development.
