Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable

Software Faculty

to teach and mentor students in computer programming, software development, and IT tools. The ideal candidate should be passionate about education and skilled in delivering both theoretical and hands-on training.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach programming languages such as

Python, Java, C/C++, HTML, JavaScript, PHP

, etc. Train students in

software development tools

, frameworks, and databases like

SQL, MySQL, Oracle

, etc. Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and conduct practical lab sessions. Deliver lectures for diploma/degree/certificate courses (as per syllabus or industry trends). Provide guidance in student projects, assignments, and certifications. Stay updated with current technology trends and software tools. Support and mentor students in skill development and career preparation. Conduct evaluations, assessments, and maintain academic records.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (BCA, MCA, B.Tech, M.Tech, etc.). Teaching certifications or course-specific expertise preferred (e.g., Python Certification, Java Certification). Minimum 1-3 years of teaching or relevant industry experience.

Skills & Requirements:

Proficiency in programming languages and software development life cycle (SDLC). Strong communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of online teaching platforms and tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.). Ability to train both beginners and advanced learners.

Preferred Knowledge Areas:

Programming (C/C++, Java, Python) Web Development (HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, React) Databases (SQL, MySQL) Tools (VS Code, Git, Eclipse, etc.) Basic Networking & Operating Systems (optional)

Salary:

Based on qualifications and experience.
