As a Programmer/Analyst at Lam, you hold a key role in creating scalable designs for enterprise analytics ,programs.With your expertise in analyzing existing programs and formulating logic for new systems, you are an asset to the team. Your coding, testing, and debugging efforts play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operations of the system. You will recommend changes in development, maintenance, enhancements, and system standing that can make a significant difference in Lam's operational success.

What you'll do

+ Primary focus on analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing and implementation of Advanced Analytics projects in Power BI/SQL technologies/methodologies
+ Assist in the delivery of quality solutions using Microsoft Power BI, SQL Server, Azure Data factories, and related technologies.
+ Design and implement custom reports, tiles, dashboards for internal and external consumption.
+ Perform data manipulation and cleansing to prepare datasets for visualization
+ Troubleshooting and resolving performance related issues in dashboards and analytics applications
+ Prepares and manages project documentation: technical design and technical specification.
+ Works with business unit functional teams in resolving Data and reporting issues
+ Prepares code documentation in support of program development. Creates and maintains system specification and sub-system specification documentation
+ Works with BSAs and other developers during the development and implementation of required functionality.

Who we're looking for

Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or Master's degree; or equivalent experience.

Preferred qualifications

----------------------------


+ Strong Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and TSQL ,PY spark and Power BI system implementations in a cross-functional environment.
+ 5 + years of experience in building complex dashboards and applications in data visualization tools like Power BI, tableau etc.
+ 3+ years' experience in developing large scale Power BI models, visualizations, and custom measures. Strong proficiency and expertise in DAX.
+ 5+ years of strong T-SQL/SQL Script experience along with data modeling and data warehousing
+ Strong understanding of relational and dimensional modeling, with experience using various tooling (Azure, On Premises, Power BI)
+ Strong experience in optimizing and troubleshooting the dashboards and providing the recommendation on the design

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
