We are looking for an experienced

Wire Cutting EDM Machine Programmer

and Operator

to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for both

operating

and

programming

our

Electronica Wire Cutting EDM machine

to deliver precision components as per drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

Program and operate

Electronica Wire Cutting EDM machine

. Read and interpret engineering drawings/blueprints. Prepare programs for different components and ensure accuracy. Set up jobs, load materials, and monitor machining process. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues. Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy. Maintain proper records of production and programs.

Requirements

Hands-on experience in

Wire Cutting EDM machine operation and programming

(Electronica preferred) or beginner. Strong knowledge of technical drawings and machining tolerances. Ability to use measuring instruments and quality-check tools. Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Willingness to work

10-12 hours daily
