About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Programme Manager with a strong background in NSDC initiatives. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in the NSDC ecosystem to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of critical programmes aligned with the Skill India Mission. Responsibilities:

  • Translate complex NSDC programmes into manageable projects, considering Sector Skill Councils (SSCs) and Qualification Packs (QPs).
  • Oversee project managers, ensuring successful project delivery of NSDC-approved training programs.
  • Identify and manage risks specific to the NSDC landscape, including trainer qualifications, assessment processes, and placement linkages.
  • Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between NSDC partners, training providers, industry stakeholders, and government bodies.
  • Manage programme resources effectively, optimizing utilization of NSDC funding and infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement robust programme reporting and evaluation processes aligned with NSDC monitoring mechanisms.
  • Track programme progress, identify areas for improvement, and propose programme optimization strategies based on NSDC best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field, such as vocational education, human resource management, or business administration (an MBA may be preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with NSDC programs and training delivery mechanisms.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the NSDC ecosystem, including SSCs, QPs, and funding models.
  • Experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) with a focus on skill development projects.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • The ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management software.
