Requirements * Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the Healthcation Programme through various channels.

• Assist in the creation of promotional materials and social media content.

• Organize and participate in outreach activities to attract new participants.

• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the programme budget.

• Ensure cost-effective management of resources and supplies.

• Process invoices and track expenses related to the programme.

• Act as the primary point of contact for participants, facilitators, and vendors.

• Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, educators, and activity leaders to ensure seamless programme delivery.

• Manage participant registrations and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Public Health, Health Education, Event Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in programme coordination, preferably in health or wellness settings.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
