Key Responsibilities



Plan, execute, and optimize

programmatic ad campaigns

across Google DV360, The Trade Desk, and other DSPs. Build and manage

audience targeting strategies

including contextual, retargeting, and lookalike segments. Run campaigns across

display, video, native, and connected TV

. Monitor performance daily, adjusting bids, budgets, and creatives for maximum ROI. Collaborate with the

marketing and creative teams

to align campaigns with brand objectives. Track and report on

KPI performance

(ROAS, CTR, CPA, conversions). Keep up-to-date with the latest in

adtech, privacy laws, and targeting innovations

. Establish and scale

in-house programmatic capabilities

for the brand.

Requirements



2-4 years of proven experience in

programmatic advertising

(D2C, retail, or consumer brands preferred). Strong knowledge of

DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, MediaMath, etc.)

and ad exchanges. Proficiency in

Google Analytics, Campaign Manager, and Looker/Data Studio

. Deep understanding of

attribution models, A/B testing, and frequency management

. Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into actions. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
