About Product




Being one of the few selected channel partners of Google in India, CoolBoots is a dynamic and innovative Gaming company leveraging the power of the Google Programmatic ad platform. We are expanding our team and seeking a proactive Programmatic Ad Sales Manager with a strong focus on driving new business development and revenue generation through programmatic advertising solutions.

Experience:




Proven track record of at least 2 years in generating sales for programmatic advertising solutions. Strong emphasis on new business development and a history of successfully acquiring new clients.
#

Responsibilities




New Business Development Identify and target potential clients to expand our client base. Execute a proactive sales strategy to hunt, reach, and bring in new business opportunities. Contribute to scaling up the programmatic vertical within the company through strategic initiatives and partnerships.

Sales Generation:




Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and techniques. Achieve and exceed sales targets for programmatic advertising solutions. Onboard new publishers and build strong relationships to expand our programmatic network. Provide recommendations for yield optimization based on performance data, ensuring client success.
#

Market Research:




Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Product, and Finance, to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
#

Communication Skills




Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively present and sell programmatic solutions. Proactive, self-starter with the ability to work independently and take the initiative in generating new business.
#

Desired Proficiency:




Understanding of the open RTB ecosystem, different channels, ad formats, SSPs, DSPs, and inventory types. Possess an understanding of open RTB specifications, VAST, and VPAID to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients. * Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
