Job Description

As a Program Specialist I here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management and execution of various programs within the organization. You will be responsible for coordinating program activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, and assisting in the development of program strategies.


In this role, you will impact the successful delivery of programs by providing essential support in planning, scheduling, and monitoring program progress. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks will be key in ensuring program objectives are met efficiently.



Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of programs, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables Coordinate and track project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze data, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and achievements Assist in the development and implementation of project management processes and tools Support the identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness

YOU MUST HAVE
0+ years of experience in program management or a related field. Strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
