THIS IS YOUR ROLE"Planning and controlling of projectsPreparation of project order, project contract and final report of a project, Project planning (PLD) and project controlling, Order management for development in offshore locationsDefinition of tasks and expenditure, Definition and determination of work results, milestones, acceptance criteria, Planning of module, function and integration testsCompilation of documentation for reporting (status report, development progress)Project conclusion discussions / PDG (project decision group) meetings, Order processing (HW/SW, service) and controlling of external orders, Organizational change in co-operation with Product ManagementPersonnel management within the framework of development projectsIntegration of new employees, Promotion of team spirit, Motivation of employees, Acknowledgement of achieved performance, Mentoring, Setup and maintenance of a networkInformation and communication between supplier team and local team(s), Solving of conflicts and active de-escalation managementCommunication interface for development at remote/offshore locationsSingle interface towards supplier and local organizations (Marketing, Development ).Co-ordination and communication as representative for the respective components and management responsibility is related to head of departmentProduct development (temporary coaching by senior project manager or supervisor)Development of system architecture and implementation into a system designVerification of requirement profiles with regard to system requirements and processing by the system architecture teamRequirement engineering for development at remote/offshore locationsQuality assurance in respect of the requirement specifications at the supplierClarification of requirements between Marketing and remote development team.Verification of system functional specifications with regard to system conformityCompilation of studies, Creation of functional specifications and design documentation, Implementation of Software/Hardware systems and participation in reviews and code inspectionsWe don't need superheroes, just super minds!We are seeking for a professional with consistent track record and proven ability in Project Management with an experience of 10 to 15 years.
