Job Responsibilities

Business Development:

Assist the Business Development team with proposal writing and documentation.

Maintenance and Evaluation:

Support the Maintenance & Evaluation team in overseeing processes and ensuring smooth operations.

Operational Support:

Collaborate with the Regional Head on day-to-day operations and program execution.

Program Implementation:

Analyse, execute, and assist in standardizing the implementation of STEM Learning programs.

Reporting and Coordination:

Prepare and coordinate CSR annual reports--client-wise and state-wise. Create, update, and maintain accurate records and databases.

Stakeholder Management:

Liaise with existing corporate clients to foster partnerships and ensure satisfaction.

Project Coordination:

Work with the Program Implementation team and visit government schools to ensure effective CSR project delivery.

Qualifications

Masters in Social Work (MSW) Graduation from a renowned university

Key Requirements

Communication Skills:

Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Technical Skills:

Advanced expertise in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Analytical Ability:

Strong skills in analysis and rational decision-making.

Creative Writing:

Excellent presentation and writing capabilities.

Learning Ability:

Quick grasp of new concepts and tasks.

Work Ethic:

Sincere, dedicated, and detail-oriented approach to work.

NOTE: Candidate needs to have their own System/Laptop.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
