Job Description

We're hiring on behalf of a leading U.S.-based healthcare organization to support its employee referral program operations during a platform transition. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless backend processing, internal communication, and resolving issues related to hiring referrals and bonus payouts.

You'll act as a liaison across HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Systems teams -- bringing strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and comfort navigating HR systems like TRM (Talent Relationship Management), Greenhouse, and Workday.

Key Responsibilities:



1.

Referral Program Support & Issue Resolution



Manage and resolve employee and recruiter queries related to referrals, bonus eligibility, and missing submissions Proactively investigate discrepancies in data across systems like Greenhouse, Beamery, and Excel trackers Coordinate with internal teams or automation leads to close workflow gaps

Bonus Processing & Tracking



Oversee weekly bonus tracking reports; ensure data accuracy and cross-functional approvals

Work closely with Payroll and People Ops for timely disbursement and communication Assist in automating report generation to reduce manual effort

Internal Communication & Support Coordination



Respond to inquiries via email or internal ticketing systems with empathy and clarity Escalate complex issues with proper documentation and suggested next steps Collaborate with U.S.-based HR and Recruiting teams in a service-oriented manner
4.

Process & Vendor Liaison



Identify and document workflow inefficiencies across platforms Coordinate with IT, RPA teams, and third-party vendors to troubleshoot system issues Maintain and revise SOPs, internal playbooks, and FAQs as processes evolve
5.

Training & Awareness



Support onboarding of new users into the referral program Conduct short virtual walkthroughs or demo sessions for internal teams Help drive program awareness through training material or newsletters
6.

Reporting & Audit Support



Conduct regular audits for missing referral links or bonus discrepancies Fulfill ad-hoc data pulls and maintain referral tracking dashboards Assist in quarterly performance reviews of the referral program

Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?900,000.00 per year
