Manager Program Operations
Role Responsibilities :
Maintains a solid knowledge base of the functional capabilities of and is a Subject Matter Expert on the staffing and resource management
Assists the Manager in leading, directing, and reviewing all activities associated with Program operations
Interfaces with key stakeholders and process leads to review resource allocations and project assignments
Creates documentation including key data metrics and analytics data, resource metrics, financial metrics, executive level PowerPoint decks, instructional material, and newsletters.
Responsible for conducting key budget and resource planning sessions to gain insights into process area needs, workload demands, and resource needs to support critical Run, Change and Grow initiatives across the S4 Technology Team in support of the overall SWIFT program and working with the Engagement Manager to prioritize requirements, define and manage scope for overall support organization.
Provides operational support to the Process Leads and Program Leadership. Configures SharePoint features in production and non-production environments. Engages with various ITS organizations to resolve problems as they arise.
Possesses overall understanding of appropriate business processes and workflows.
Engages stakeholders and other ITS resources to respond to requests for new functionality and/or enhancements. Collaborates with the Engagement Manager in creating and presenting the appropriate resource estimates and data points to support key decisions and on-boarding processes.
Leads and is responsible all data metrics and analytical analysis across the work channels for the S4 Technology Team. Works with and manages identified on-shore and off-shore resources to develop and execute data consolidation scripts, analytical analysis and all other deliverables and activities related to support of the proper handling and timely delivery of work products.
Provides feedback to other team members, leadership and process leads.
Works with the Engagement Manager and Program Leadership to plan and execute FY Budgets and Resource models.
Participates in reviews of plans associated with program execution.
Assists Engagement Manager with status reporting as required by the S4 Technology Team leadership.
Responds proactively to both business and program issues and escalates appropriately.

Required Education, Qualifications, and Experience :
Required Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience working in supporting multiple software projects in various IT roles.
With 4-6 years of hands-on experience Financial Planning & Analysis leveraging the following skills.
Develop plans, forecasts, budgets, and perform analysis to support leadership with major business decisions and in overall financial health.
Profit & Loss Statement analysis, Actual reporting.
Review firm economic models and external research to assess potential impacts on future organizational performance.
Good hands-on cost center wise Financial Management, Over Time, Night Shift allowance etc.,
Leverage data analytics to identify and prioritize business challenges, risks, and opportunities.
Analyze financials to explain drivers of performance and communicate insights to Finance and/or business leaders and support the development of financial goals.
Drive FP&A and broader Finance & Administration (FA) internal change programs focused on driving efficiencies and effectiveness.
Develop timelines, milestones, and metrics to effectively plan and execute projects; collaborate cross-functionally with firm leadership, Business leadership, FP&A teams (e.g., Finance Business Partners), and additional teams (e.g., Talent, Strategy) and inform stakeholders of project progress.
Advise on key messaging and presentation content to communicate the intended story and achieve business outcomes; Collaborate closely with stakeholders and senior leadership.
In depth knowledge of excel including creating complex formulas and troubleshooting formula errors
+ Must have in-depth knowledge of software development lifecycles including Agile development and testing.
+ Experience with data analytics, metrics creation, resource and budget modeling.
+ Familiarity with SharePoint, MS Project, MS Powerpoint, MS Excel
+ Prior experience that demonstrates good business understanding is needed (experience in a professional services organization is a plus)
+ Demonstrated ability in applying repeatable processes and methods to enterprise wide technology projects or initiatives.
+ Excellent written and verbal communications, organization, analytical, planning and leadership skills.
+ Strong management, communication, technical and remote collaboration skill are a must.
+ Experience in dealing with multiple projects and cross-functional teams, and ability to coordinate across teams in a large matrix organization environment.
+ Ability to effectively conduct detailed discussions directly with Project/Product management.
+ Excellent team collaboration skills.
+ Strong relationship building and maintaining skills. Fosters a climate conducive to establishing positive working relationships with clients (internal and external).
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) is a plus.
+ Familiarity with SharePoint, MS Project, HP Quality Center, TFS/Urban Turtle, Automated QA and wire-framing or visualization tools is a plus.
+ Experience working with SAFe Agile development processes.
+ Experience in packaged software development
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent educational or professional experience and/or qualifications.
