About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive
Platform Coordination / Program Operations Executive
to manage and align multiple teams working across our 8 flagship Athena platforms. This role acts as the central point of coordination between Product, Technology, AI, Content, LMS, QA, and Client Success teams.
You will be responsible for planning, tracking, and ensuring smooth delivery of features, integrations, and releases while maintaining a seamless user experience across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact across all 8 Athena platforms, ensuring smooth collaboration between product, tech, AI, content, and LMS teams.
Create, manage, and track project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
Understand all Athena tools at a functional level to translate requirements between business and technical teams.
Conduct regular team meetings, status updates, and reviews to ensure timely delivery.
Identify risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies, and proactively resolve them.
Ensure seamless integration and consistent user experience across LMS, AI tools, and partner platforms.
Coordinate QA, UAT, and release readiness activities before deployments or client launches.
Maintain project documentation, trackers, dashboards, and leadership reports.
Support internal teams and clients during onboarding, implementation, and post-launch phases.
Required Skills (In Simple Terms)
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams at the same time.
Good planning and time management skills.
Basic understanding of how software platforms, LMS, or apps work.
Problem-solving mindset.
Attention to detail.
Comfortable with tracking tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Jira, Asana, etc.
Ability to handle pressure and changing priorities.
Client-handling skills.
Preferred Qualifications
1-4 years of experience in project coordination, program management, operations, or similar roles.
Experience in EdTech, SaaS, LMS platforms, or tech products is a plus.
Exposure to QA, UAT, and release cycles is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Management, IT, Engineering preferred).
