About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced
Embedded Systems / VLSI Facilitator
to mentor students in designing
hardware and system-level solutions
. You'll be delivering an industry-aligned curriculum, supporting students in building
prototypes, ASIC/FPGA designs, and real-time embedded applications
, and cultivating an ecosystem of hands-on learning and creativity.
Key Skills & Expertise
Embedded Systems:
Programming microcontrollers (AVR, ARM Cortex, ESP32, STM32, etc.)
Proficiency in
Embedded C/C++, Python
, RTOS, and real-time systems
Working with communication protocols:
UART, SPI, I2C, CAN
Circuit design, PCB prototyping, and debugging
Hands-on experience with
Arduino, Raspberry Pi
, and related ecosystems
VLSI:
Fundamentals of
digital design, CMOS logic, RTL design
Experience with
HDL languages
(Verilog, VHDL)
Familiar with tools like
Xilinx Vivado, ModelSim, Cadence, or Synopsys
FPGA design and implementation workflows
Timing analysis, simulation, and synthesis
General:
Strong analytical and mentoring skills
Previous experience in training, workshops, or project-based facilitation
A
maker's mindset
and passion for innovation
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver a project-based curriculum in
Embedded Systems and/or VLSI design
Conduct interactive, hands-on workshops and mentoring sessions
Guide students in building prototypes and digital hardware projects
Support learners in
debugging, testing, and iterative problem-solving
Integrate current trends and tools into the course content
Evaluate student progress through project reviews and feedback
Promote a
product-building and problem-solving culture
among learners
Contribute to developing technical content, labs, assessments, and project kits
