This role is a strategic and operational bridge between the investor firm's leadership and its diverse portfolio companies. The incumbent will own program execution across multiple investments, act as an extension of leadership for cross-portfolio initiatives, ensure alignment between strategic objectives and operational outcomes, and drive high-impact decision-making.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Strategic Alignment & Leadership Support
Act as the right hand to the leadership team, ensuring strategic priorities are well defined, tracked, and executed.
Support decision-making with well-researched insights, portfolio performance analytics, and market intelligence.
Translate leadership vision into actionable programs across portfolio companies.
Prepare briefing notes, business cases, and presentations for board meetings, investor updates, and external stakeholders.
2. Program & Portfolio Management
Oversee and coordinate strategic initiatives across multiple portfolio companies, ensuring milestones are met within defined timelines and budgets.
Create and maintain program roadmaps, performance dashboards, and risk registers for all active investments.
Standardize reporting frameworks across portfolio companies for easier comparison and informed decision-making.
Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and recommend course corrections.
3. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination
Serve as the primary liaison between the investor firm and portfolio company leadership teams.
Facilitate smooth communication, expectation alignment, and issue resolution across stakeholders.
Manage relationships with external partners, advisors, and government/regulatory bodies when required.
4. Governance, Compliance & Reporting
Ensure portfolio companies adhere to agreed-upon governance standards, compliance frameworks, and investor mandates.
Prepare consolidated monthly/quarterly performance reports for leadership review.
Track and escalate non-compliance, performance risks, or deviation from strategic plans.
5. Business Development & Value Creation
Identify synergies and collaborative opportunities between portfolio companies to maximize returns.
Support leadership in exploring new investment opportunities, partnerships, and market expansions.
Drive select special projects that create direct value for the firm or its portfolio companies.
6. Operational Excellence & Process Improvement
Build and implement SOPs, best practices, and knowledge-sharing platforms for portfolio-wide efficiency.
Champion data-driven decision-making by standardizing KPI tracking and analytics.
Ensure efficient resource allocation across strategic initiatives.

Strong program and portfolio management capabilities with multi-sector exposure.

Financial and business acumen to interpret P&L, balance sheets, and investment performance metrics.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, project management tools (Asana, Jira, Monday.com), and data analytics platforms.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
MBA / Postgraduate in Business Management, Finance, or related field.
Experience:
5 years in program management, consulting, or corporate strategy, preferably with exposure to investor/PE/VC environments.
Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and multi-stakeholder programs.
