As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the digital aspects of our jewellery business, specifically in the area of RP (Regular/Permanent).



Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement digital strategies for the jewellery business, with a focus on RP (Regular/Permanent) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of digital initiatives Manage and monitor the progress of digital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement in the digital space Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and partners Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to digital marketing and e-commerce


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in a digital marketing or e-commerce role, preferably in the jewellery industry Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering digital projects Strong understanding of RP (Regular/Permanent) and its role in the jewellery business Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO, and social media management tools Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to digital marketing and e-commerce
