About The Job:

• As Partner Program Coordinator for Expert Programs, you'll coordinate and manage partner-driven Architecture Excellence (ArchX) and Certified Technical Architect (CTA) programs.
• You'll work closely with authorized ServiceNow partner organizations to ensure they have the tools and information needed for effective cohorts.

Essential Job Functions:

• Manage coordination, setup, and delivery of partner-delivered ArchX and CTA events
• Work with partner organizations to schedule cohorts
• Manage registrations and verify candidate prerequisites
• Ensure coverage for virtual collaboration and SME sessions
• Support partner Delivery Managers and ArchX Moderators
• Conduct quality assurance assessments on partner CTA programs
• Manage support cases through to completion
• Evaluate programs and provide improvement feedback
• Promote the partner CTA program and build trusted relationships
• Apply best practices throughout project phases

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on project/program management experience
• Ability to organize timelines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience managing large programs including resource organization
• Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders
• Superior verbal and written communication
• Social media platform skills and engagement analysis
• Proficiency in MS Office (learning management systems and/or ServiceNow experience a plus)
