the person shall report to the Head, Forge.Academy and engage in a scope of work spanning techno-managerial, financial, operational and administrative aspects relating to the broad Key Result Areas (KRAs) covering Program management & operations of various offerings, Training services/ Innovation Project Management services for MSMEs & Startups, Partner/Client Stakeholder Management & Ecosystem Connect, and General Administration.
Forge shall partner with various knowledge/capability partners, higher technical institutions and Industry partners (MSMEs and Startups) to implement the Innovation Practicum as an adjunct process to the academic curriculum, and as the consolidated process for all innovation centered initiatives, policies and programs at a national scale.

Grade - Manager or Sr. Manager
The
Program Manager
to be designated in Forge at the grade of Manager or Sr.Manager shall be considered for a promotion to the role of Business Manager after having delivered a commendable performance in the stated role for a minimum tenure of 24 months.
Compensation
Forge compensation is at par with the top end of the social enterprises sector in India and continuously benchmarked to be above the average compensation offered in the social (non-commercial or development) sector in general but significantly above the average compensation offered by TBIs.
The Total CTC will include 3 major components namely,
Fixed Monthly Gross
,
Fixed Quarterly Payout, and Annual Development Bonus
(linked to demonstration of progress on developing and strengthening capabilities in alignment with the Career Advancement and Capabilities Development framework of Forge).
Role & Responsibilities - Key Result Areas
Program Management
Support the Head, Forge.Academy in actively prospecting seeding and nurturing opportunities for commercialising various knowledge products developed, standardised and monetised under Innovation Programs;
Support the Head, Forge.Academy to manage the execution of several initiatives/ lead certain initiatives for scaling revenue generation from the various beneficiaries of Forge. Academy viz. Industrial Companies (Corporates & MSMEs), Academia, Industry Professionals, Startups etc;
Manage all the technical, financial and operational aspects of the various programs to successfully execute them at scale;
Manage the recruitment and staffing of full-time employees and part-time consultants required for the efficient delivery of the programs;
Lead the day-to-day execution across all aspects of the programs towards attaining the desired impact/outcome;
Manage the operations of the program within the proposed budget coordinating with marketing, operations, commercials and accounting divisions of Forge to ensure effective and efficient program delivery;
Manage the necessary systems, processes, and tools to better support the facilitation, collection, and sharing of knowledge through the programs;
Develop a broad set of KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the programs covering the Key Result Areas of the programs;
Manage Training Products / Innovation Projects
2a. Lead Innovation Skills Training and Competencies Development programs
Manage the design and delivery of various training sessions for students and professionals towards developing future-ready talent for realising the goals of industrial digital transformation;
Lead the admission process for all forms or formats of training programs and support the marketing function with the required input for prospecting and lead generation;
Play the role of an innovation mentor to the trainees for both students and professionals;
Responsible for ensuring the curriculum, courses, assessment and other facets of the training program to be aligned with the larger approach of implementing innovation-centric skills and competencies development to create futuristic talent for industry;
Lead all operational aspects related to the conduct of training programs in physical/digital/hybrid formats, working seamlessly across the centres of Forge;
2b. Lead Innovation Projects and Services
Lead the product innovations and product development for multiple teams/cohorts of innovation engineer trainees across applications;
Manage the execution of a structured process for product innovations and product development;
Manage the stakeholders and ensure effective communication internally & with external stakeholders for ensuring efficiency in the competition of the innovation projects;
Coach the innovation engineer trainees in the innovation process of challenge curation, solution exploration, product concept, and MUP design & development;
Monitor and Report the product innovation outcomes/impact and ensure timely deployment of the various Innovation Projects;
Program Operations- MarComm, Ecosystem Connect
Lead/support the effective planning and implementation of events, conferences, visits, startup demos, ecosystem meetups, and other forms of physical, digital or hybrid events required towards creating a strong pipeline of talent and industry partners for the various innovation programs implemented by Forge Academy;
Anchor the implementation of various activities and deliverables coming under the purview of Marketing Communications relating to outreach campaigns, event collateral, social media promotions etc.
