Role Overview:

The Program Manager will lead the planning and execution of Company//'s knowledge programs, workshops, mentoring sessions, speaker series, and community initiatives. This role focuses on program quality, speaker management, and member experience.

Key Responsibilities:

?Conceptualize, plan and execute programs and events ?Coordinate with speakers, mentors, panelists, and trainers ?Design event agendas, content flow, and session objectives ?Manage registrations, scheduling and communication with participants ?Ensure smooth on-ground execution of all sessions and workshops ?Work with marketing team on event promotions ?Gather feedback and prepare post-event reports ?Support innovation and launch of new programs (Growth Lab, Open Mic, etc.) ?Coordinate with Global Members on program participation ?Maintain high quality of learning and engagement in all initiatives

Preferred Profile:

?4-6 years in event management, program management or community building ?Strong organizational and project management skills ?Good communication and coordination abilities ?Passion for startups and learning initiatives * ?Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
