JD - Technical Program Manager / Delivery Lead - Remote (India)

We're looking for a Technical Project Manager cum Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of digital engineering applications. This role combines technical leadership with project management excellence to ensure high-quality outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple Scrum teams Oversee the full project lifecycle: requirements, development, testing, and client coordination Ensure timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality delivery Coach and mentor developers for continued team growth

Required Qualifications:

12-15 years in IT, with 7+ years in Software Engineering 5+ years as a Delivery Lead or Project/Program Manager Experience with tools like Rally and Microsoft Project 2+ years of Cloud migration experience (preferably Azure) Strong knowledge of cloud-native tech, modern front-end stacks, NoSQL databases, and DevSecOps Agile/Scrum delivery experience

Preferred:

Strong communication and leadership skills Experience in a DevOps model Exposure to the healthcare industry

Pay: Up to ?160,000.00 per month
