Role Overview
The
Program Manager - Cybersecurity Stack
will be responsible for leading and managing all cybersecurity programs offered under Technovalley AKS. This role demands strategic leadership, academic coordination, faculty management, and delivery excellence across certification programs and consulting initiatives in cybersecurity.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end academic delivery, operations, and faculty coordination for all Cybersecurity Stack programs.
Ensure alignment with international certification frameworks such as EC-Council (CEH, CHFI, CSA), OffSec (OSCP, OSCC), and CompTIA (Security+, CySA+).
Supervise trainers, mentors, and subject matter experts within the cybersecurity division.
Oversee curriculum design, updates, and lab infrastructure aligned to global standards.
Drive continuous program quality improvement through feedback analysis and performance monitoring.
Coordinate with marketing and admissions teams for program awareness and outreach campaigns.
Engage with placement and corporate relations teams to enhance student employability.
Represent Technovalley AKS at conferences, seminars, and academic forums.
Develop academic collaborations and industry linkages to strengthen the cybersecurity ecosystem.
Generate periodic reports on program performance, student outcomes, and faculty efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related disciplines.
5-8 years of experience in program or academic management within the IT or cybersecurity education sector.
Deep knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, standards, and certifications.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and academic operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with penetration testing tools, SIEM systems, and forensic analysis platforms is a plus.
Hands-on experience in any of the following certifications will be an added advantage:
CEH, CHFI, OSCP, or CompTIA Security+.
Preferred Skills
Experience handling international certification programs and accreditation processes.
Ability to design, review, and implement security-focused academic content.
Exposure to cybersecurity consulting or SOC operations.
Capability to mentor trainers and lead knowledge-driven initiatives across the organization.
