Job description:
Job title: Program manager
Hours: full time (onsite)
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the personal finance training program across multiple schools and locations.
Manage schedules, trainer deployment, and session timelines.
Provide guidance and support to trainers, ensuring quality and consistency.
Track attendance, engagement, and program KPIs.
Handle logistics and maintain communication among schools, trainers, and internal teams.
Pls note we are looking for entry level candidates(mostly freshers), and profiles with prior experience will not be considered.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
