We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager with 10 to 12 years of experience in Project Management and Portfolio & Project Management (PPM). The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects from home ensuring alignment with company goals and delivering impactful results. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively coordinate resources and communicate with stakeholders to drive success.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of multiple projects ensuring they align with organizational objectives and deliver desired outcomes.
Oversee project timelines budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements define project scope and establish clear project goals.
Monitor project progress and performance implementing corrective actions as needed to stay on track.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans status reports and risk assessments.
Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
Utilize Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) tools to track project metrics and optimize project performance.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of project deliverables.
Manage project risks and issues developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project success.
Support the development of project management methodologies and frameworks to enhance organizational capabilities.
Evaluate project outcomes and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement in project management practices.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in Project Management and Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) with proven experience in managing complex projects.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Have experience in the Provider domain which is considered a valuable asset.
Show proficiency in using project management tools and software to manage project activities effectively.
Display a proactive and adaptable approach to managing changing project requirements and priorities.
Certifications Required
PMP Certification or equivalent in Project Management.
