Job Summary

The Program Manager will oversee delivery management ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. With a focus on regulatory compliance and medical devices the role requires a strategic approach to managing hybrid work models. Responsibilities

Manage project budgets ensuring financial accountability and cost-effectiveness. Facilitate workshops and meetings to align team efforts and promote knowledge sharing. Support the development and implementation of new processes and tools to enhance project management capabilities.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in delivery management with a proven track record of successful project execution. Demonstrate strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and medical devices with the ability to apply this expertise in project management. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders. Show proficiency in managing hybrid work models balancing remote and in-office team dynamics. Have a strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement effective project management strategies. Display strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address challenges and drive innovative solutions. * Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field with additional certifications in project management preferred.
