We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager - EHS (CTO) to lead the development and execution of strategic safety, health, and environmental initiatives across our CTOs. This role is pivotal in driving our commitment to regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and the DREAMS ZERO HARM initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement SHE strategies that align with organizational goals and support a culture of safety and sustainability.
Cross-Functional Integration:
Lead cross-functional teams to embed SHE principles into technology development and operational practices, with a focus on the DREAMS ZERO HARM initiative.
Risk Management:
Coordinate and conduct comprehensive risk assessments; design and implement mitigation plans for identified SHE hazards & maintain CTO Risk register.
Training & Awareness:
Design and oversee training programs to educate employees on SHE best practices, regulatory requirements, and organizational guidelines and implementing License to operate & submitting report on License to Operate on each CTO plants.
Compliance & Verification:
Ensure the implementation and verification of SHE guidelines across all operational sites.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to maintain SHE compliance and drive continuous improvement on Safety & Environment.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze SHE performance data (e.g., SHE Hub/ATS) and prepare detailed reports for leadership review and decision-making on Safety & Environment operations.
Budget Oversight:
Monitor and manage allocated budgets to ensure effective utilization in addressing SHE risks and initiatives & meeting all legal requirements in Safety & Environment.
Regulatory Intelligence:
Stay abreast of evolving SHE regulations and emerging technologies; adapt programs to maintain compliance and relevance.
Culture Building:
Working with consultant & Champion a proactive safety culture and environmental stewardship throughout the organization.
BU Governance: Organize monthly BU SHE Apex Committee meetings Chaired by Manufacturing Head. Prepare update & MoM of the meetings and share the same with all the members of the committee. Follow-up and ensure implementation on action items coming out of these meetings. Prepare update and track actions for other BU level meetings
