We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Program Coordinator / Junior Program Manager
who can support project planning, communication, and coordination across teams. This role is ideal for someone starting their career and has strong communication, organization, and people-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities1. Coordination & Support
Assist in planning, tracking, and organizing project tasks.
Follow up with team members to ensure deadlines are met.
Maintain task lists, project documents, and meeting notes.
2. Communication & Collaboration
Act as the point of contact between internal teams (Design, Development, QA, Product).
Escalate issues or delays to the senior manager when needed.
Clearly communicate updates, requirements, and changes.
3. Meetings & Reporting
Schedule and facilitate internal meetings, standups, and reviews.
Prepare simple reports on progress, timelines, and blockers.
Share regular updates with the senior program manager or leadership.
4. Quality & Process
Ensure tasks follow the defined process and quality checks.
Help identify gaps or small improvements in workflows.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Basic understanding of project or task management.
Good problem-solving and attention to detail.
Ability to work with multiple teams.
Eager to learn, proactive, and responsible.
Nice to Have
Basic knowledge of project management tools (ClickUp, Jira, Notion, Trello, Asana).
Understanding of software development workflows (not mandatory).
Internship experience in project/program/operations is a plus.
