Job Description

We are seeking a

Program Manager

to partner with our clients across industries and drive their marketing technology transformation. This role requires expertise in marketing platforms, CRM systems, and customer data management, with the ability to design integrated solutions that enable personalization, automation, and measurable business impact. The ideal candidate combines technical know-how with strategic thinking, ensuring seamless integrations, a unified customer view, and impactful customer experiences at scale. They will be equally comfortable leading technical delivery and advising senior stakeholders on MarTech strategy.

Key Responsibilities:



Client Strategy & Consulting



Act as the primary MarTech advisor for clients, shaping technology roadmaps aligned with business goals. Translate client requirements into actionable solutions across marketing automation, CRM, and data ecosystems. Present strategies, campaign performance, and technology recommendations to client stakeholders.

MarTech Implementation & Integrations



Lead end-to-end platform integrations across marketing automation, CRM, CMS, and analytics tools. Design and implement a unified customer view to power advanced personalization and lifecycle marketing. Ensure seamless data flow across platforms through APIs, ETL processes, and CDPs.

Campaign Design & Optimization



Oversee execution of multi-channel campaigns (email, push, SMS, in-app, web). Guide clients on segmentation, journey orchestration, and behavioral triggers for higher engagement. Monitor and optimize campaign performance with dashboards and analytics platforms.

Data Governance & Compliance



Advise clients on best practices for database management, audience strategy, and data governance. Ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM).

Leadership & Collaboration



Lead internal teams of technologists and automation specialists to deliver on client needs. Collaborate with client marketing, sales, product, and IT teams for integrated campaign execution. Stay ahead of MarTech innovations and recommend solutions to drive efficiency and growth.

Qualifications



3 to 5 years of experience working as a Program Manager or in a similar role.
Proven expertise with marketing automation platforms (SFMC, Eloqua, Marketo, Braze, MoEngage, etc.).

Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Freshdesk, Salesforce, HubSpot) and their integration with MarTech stacks. Experience designing customer one view, CDPs, and data architectures. Hands-on skills in SQL, relational databases, APIs, and data integration tools. Deep understanding of personalization, customer lifecycle management, and multi-channel campaign models (B2B & B2C). Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, platform dashboards). Familiarity with compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM). Excellent consulting, presentation, and client communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (MBA a plus).

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
