JOB DESCRIPTION:
Zwayam is seeking an experienced Program Manager - Recruitment Domain Specialist to support complex enterprise implementations of our Talent Acquisition platform. This role requires a deep understanding of recruitment processes across India and global markets, exceptional stakeholder and escalation management skills, and the ability to orchestrate delivery across cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate brings strong program management discipline, hands-on recruitment domain expertise, and proven experience managing enterprise customers through end-to-end technology deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Domain Expertise

  • Act as the subject-matter expert on recruitment workflows across India and other global geographies (e.g., Middle East, SEA, US/Europe where applicable).
  • Guide customers on best practices in sourcing, screening, assessments, offer management, compliance, and recruitment operations.
  • Translate customer hiring needs into functional platform configurations and process designs.
  • Evaluate recruitment metrics and funnel performance to suggest optimization opportunities.
Stakeholder & Escalation Management
  • Build trust-based relationships with C-level, HR leadership, TA leaders, and operational stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations, ensuring proactive communication and timely resolution.
  • Facilitate governance forums, cadence calls, and steering committee updates.
  • Manage expectations across internal and client teams, maintaining transparency and control.
Communication & Change Management
Drive customer readiness, training, and change adoption programs.
Create and deliver executive presentations, solution blueprints, and walkthroughs.
Ensure clients understand solution capabilities, limitations, and recommended operating models.
Continuous Improvement
Capture customer feedback and partner with Product to drive enhancements.
Identify recurring issues or bottlenecks and drive internal process improvements.
Contribute to playbooks, templates, best-practice documents, and standardized delivery frameworks.

Program & Delivery Management
Lead end-to-end implementation of Zwayam's recruitment platform for enterprise clients.
Define delivery plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies, ensuring on-time, high-quality execution.
Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams.
Ensure adherence to implementation methodology, governance, and quality standards.
People Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of Implementation Specialists.
Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Support workload management, capability development, and performance improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have
7-12 years of experience in Program Management, Implementation, Talent Acquisition Operations and/or HR Technology.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes in India; exposure to global hiring practices (e.g., compliance, hiring cycles, labour nuances).
Proven experience managing enterprise-level customers and multi-stakeholder environments.
Excellent escalation management and conflict resolution skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Experience leading teams or managing cross-functional groups.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Good-to-Have
Experience implementing HRTech, ATS, CRM, or Talent Acquisition platforms.
Knowledge of recruitment funnel metrics, automation workflows, and integration scenarios (HRMS, background verification, assessments, etc.).
PMP/Prince2/Agile certifications (advantage but not mandatory).
Experience working in SaaS or product-based companies.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA or equivalent preferred.
