The Impact You\'ll Make
As a Program or Project Manager at Lam, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects/programs for [insert group or strategic initiative]. You\'ll be at the forefront of project initiation through delivery, using your expertise to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project are completed on time and within budget.

What You\'ll Do
Primary Responsibilities:

• Coordinates departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on business results
• Manages projects from initiation through sustain/closure including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending.
• Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the projects.
• Core responsibilities include the following:

• Establishes requirements, costs, and schedule targets; plans activities, assembles the team and other critical resources.
• Develops, defines, and executes program plans. Is responsible for meeting the program objectives including performance, cost, schedule, budget targets and deliverables
• Assesses project/program risks and drives mitigation activities
• Monitors work of program from initiation through release providing support and direction. Escalates issues until resolved or mitigated
• Prepares and presents program executive reviews

Who We\'re Looking For
Eligibility Criteria:

• Years of Experience: Minimum of 8 years of related/relevant experience with a bachelor\'s degree; or 6 years and a master\'s degree;
• Job Experience: Experience in any of the following areas: multinational high technology corporation, in operations (preferred), Supply chain management, Product Management, IT management, Engineering.
• Education: Bachelor\'s degree or MBA (Supply Chain/Operations)

Mandatory Skills required to perform the job:

• Excellent knowledge and experience in supply chain management - How an order flows in an organization, life cycle of product
• Proven experience in project management planning/execution, or a similar role.
• Good understanding of BoM (Bill of Material) structure
• Problem Solving & Decision Making- Proactively identify problems & drive solutions, make decisions which are based on the values and principles of the organization
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams and demonstrating influence skills to deliver results.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to audience at all levels in the Company.
• Basic knowledge of project management methods and business related to cost structure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, which the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cost management and resource optimization is highly desirable.
• Certifications in relevant technologies or project management (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
• Experience in the semiconductor/semiconductor equipment industry

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. \'On-site Flex\' you\'ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. \'Virtual Flex\' you\'ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
