Job Purpose
The Program Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and reporting programs to ensure quality delivery, donor compliance, and measurable social impact.

Program planning and implementation
Team supervision and capacity building
Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (MEAL)
Budget and financial monitoring
Donor and stakeholder coordination
Compliance, documentation, and risk management
