Provide overall techno-managerial guidance to the project team for implementation of the program.
Conduct regular review meetings with project teams to track the implementation progress
Documenting regular reports, policy briefs, special reports and any other document for different projects
Participate in coordination meetings with local level stakeholder like nodal officers of health department, nodal officer of social development department, zonal in-charge of Pune municipal corporation, donors, local NGOs and groups of elderlies
Facilitate linkages with line departments to address the non-health issues of the elderlies like Pensions, insurance or other social protection schemes
Represent organizations at various platforms
Organize online and offline platform with various line department to create the interface between elderlies and line department
Develop partnerships with local NGOs to achieve the larger goal of the organization
Ensure the regular capacity building programs for the project staff.
Required qualifications, experience and skills
Previous working experience in a field project, preferably health or urban community based project for minimum 15 years.
Post-graduate in Social Work, Social Sciences, Public Health, Communications or similar relevant field
Excellent report writing and documentation skills Excellent interpersonal relations; ability to network, work in a multi-cultural team environment, and work harmoniously with multiple partners
Good working knowledge of computer applications, especially MS office
Strong and proven documentation and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi
