As a key member of our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of complex projects from initiation to completion.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute strategic plans for Telecom & IT projects, aligning with organizational objectives and technological advancements.
Project Lifecycle Management:
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Foster collaboration across diverse teams, including development, engineering, and operations, to achieve seamless project integration.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Stakeholder Communication:
Effectively communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders at various levels, both internally and externally.
Resource Allocation:
Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and meet project goals.
IoT and Cloud Expertise:
Leverage in-depth knowledge of Telecom and IT technologies to drive innovation and stay ahead of industry trends.
Quality Assurance:
Implement robust quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of projects.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
Certifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in IoT and Cloud technologies, Telecom with a solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
Communication Skills:
