process automation and an information management system

with tremendous customization for the Real Estate and

Manufacturing Industry. We have a total employment of 250 and

we are dealing with 600 clients as of now. We have Head Office

In Mumbai and other branches include Delhi, Ahmedabad,

Bangalore, Pune and Hyderabad.

Program Manager

We are seeking a results-driven

Program Manager

to lead cross-functional initiatives, run Agile/Scrum processes, and deliver high-quality solutions on time. You will work closely with clients to understand business needs, translate them into actionable plans, and ensure seamless execution across the SDLC.

Responsibilities:

Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and remove delivery blockers. Manage end-to-end project execution across the SDLC. Engage with clients to capture and clarify requirements. Drive on-time, on-budget delivery with a focus on quality.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Program/Project Management in tech projects. Strong grasp of Scrum, Agile, and SDLC best practices. Excellent client-facing and communication skills. Execution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

Agile/Scrum certification (e.g., CSM). Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
