About the Role:
We're looking for an enthusiastic and well-organized
Program Manager
to support the planning and execution of our
Launchpad and Summer and Winter Entrepreneurship Programs
. These short-term, high-energy programs are designed to introduce students to innovation, startup thinking, and problem-solving through interactive workshops, mentorship, and project-based learning.
In this role, you'll help manage student communications, coordinate sessions and mentors, track deliverables, and ensure participants have a seamless and inspiring learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management & Delivery
Coordinate and operationalize all program activities: onboarding, mentoring sessions, pitch days, and demo days.
Build and maintain a program calendar, ensuring timely execution and communication of all milestones.
Track student progress across different stages using program dashboards and reporting tools.
Participant Experience & Engagement
Act as the go-to person for all enrolled students throughout the program lifecycle.
Provide proactive guidance, answer queries, and ensure students are fully aware of timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
Design and implement feedback loops to continuously improve the participant experience.
Mentor & Resource Coordination
Facilitate connections with mentors, advisors, domain experts, and ecosystem partners.
Manage logistics and follow-ups for expert sessions and office hours.
Curate and share relevant toolkits, templates, and knowledge resources.
Alumni & Ecosystem Engagement
Build engagement pipelines for graduated student founders and startups.
Maintain updated records and success stories for visibility and reporting.
Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to showcase program and founder impact.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in program/project management, preferably in the startup education, or innovation space
Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills
Passion for startups, entrepreneurship, and ecosystem development.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and customer success platforms is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
