Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Program Manager with strong knowledge of

special education and therapeutic interventions

. The ideal candidate will lead, design, and implement programs supporting children and adults with disabilities, ensuring quality outcomes in education, health, and therapy-based initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, plan, and manage projects related to

special education, therapy, and inclusive learning

. Coordinate with special educators, therapists, caregivers, and stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery. Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, ensuring compliance with organizational and donor requirements. Provide technical support and training to program staff on inclusive education and therapy practices. Liaise with schools, NGOs, and government bodies to strengthen networks and partnerships. Prepare progress reports, proposals, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Manage budgets, resources, and teams effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:

D.Ed / B.Ed in Special Education OR Degree in Physiotherapy

.Additional certification in

Therapy (Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Physiotherapy, etc.)

will be an advantage.

5-10 years of experience

in managing programs related to disability, special education, or therapy. Strong understanding of

Inclusive Education, IEPs (Individualized Education Plans), and therapeutic approaches

. Experience in leading teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication, reporting, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

Empathy, patience, and commitment towards disability inclusion. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Ability to train, mentor, and build capacity of educators and therapists.

Flexibility and willingness to travel as per program requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
