: TSR: Program Manager - Insurance Exp: 18+ years A Technical Program Manager (TPM) is responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex technical projects and programs by collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring alignment with business goals. The TPM acts as a bridge between technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure seamless execution of initiatives. Key Responsibilities Program Management: o Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. o Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and roadmaps. o Track and report on program progress, ensuring timely delivery of milestones. Cross-Functional Collaboration: o Work closely with engineering, product management, design, and operations teams to align on priorities and deliverables. o Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Risk Management: o Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. o Proactively resolve blockers and ensure smooth program execution.
