Looking for a Program Manager, who is keen to drive Operations excellence for a 70+ member analytics team with an objective to deliver high-bar analytics artefacts.

Key job responsibilities
Drive Operations Excellence within AOP.
Define metrics to measure AOP performance.
Set-up mechanisms to deliver high bar analytics artefacts.
Periodic program updates and Drive OP Process.
Define mechanisms to collect stakeholder feedback.
Drive Ops-wide programs where Analytics is the key contributor (e.g. Ops wide Training program).
Seed new analytics initiatives and nurture them into a full-scale Analytics team/programs.

About the team
AOP (Analytics operations and programs), part of NOC owns development of analytics and reporting capabilities as well as periodic publishing of reports (e.g. WBRs, Peak reports) for IN and ECCF (MENA, AU, BR, MX, SG) Operations. We also own continuous improvement programs in partnership with operations (e.g. Pre-SLAM DEA defect reduction, Optimize Last mile channel allocation).

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, related technical field or the equivalent experience
2. 4+ years of experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
3. 4+ years of experience in program or project management
4. 2+ experience in basics of SQL, data extraction and analytics
5. Experience using data and metrics to drive program improvements
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. Experience in leading small (4-5 member) analytics team.
2. Exposure/Experience in building Tech/Analytics artefacts.
3. Able to work in an ambiguous environment
