- Monitor project progress against plan and address any project shortfalls.
- Proactively manage risks, respond to client escalations and troubleshoot delivery or engagement issues to provide effective delivery governance.
- Enhanced customer experience on all existing engagements Work closely clients to manage client relationships across business, technology and operations
- Organize mindshare workshops with the clients and practice units for potential new opportunities Deliver projects in different engagement & pricing in a global delivery model
- Create opportunities for organic growth within the assigned portfolios
- Ensure delivery and contractual compliance across the portfolio
- Ability to work with client stakeholders for India based captive setups
- Supply Senior Management with Forecasts/Budgets within agreed timeframe.
- Participates in presales/sales activities to understand and agree feasibility of contractual undertakings prior to signing of contract.
- Strong communication skills is a must and ability to effectively work with both internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in delivering large and complex multi-years global programs
- Knowledge of project management methodologies(Waterfall & Agile) and flexible approach to their application
- Proven track record of working with offshore teams to deliver multiple projects running in parallel
- Excellent interpersonal and people management skills"
