Location:

Gurgaon (prefered) or Chennai

Education:

Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's is not a must.

Program Delivery: Manage multiple projects and programs, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with business goals.

Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership, product teams, enabling functions, business PODs and external partners.

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute program strategies, aligning with business objectives and driving growth.

Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.

Problem-Solving: Navigate ambiguity and complexity, developing creative solutions to drive program success.

Communication: Effectively communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

Results-Oriented: Drive programs to closure, ensuring deliverables meet business requirements and stakeholder expectations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?840,000.00 per year
