We are looking for a versatile professional who can seamlessly combine expertise in hiring with strong program management capabilities. The role involves driving recruitment and learning initiatives, while also leading the planning and execution of high-impact programs that enhance business outcomes. The individual will manage day-to-day operations, streamline processes through automation, and implement data-driven improvements to boost efficiency. In addition, the role will focus on monitoring departmental performance through KPIs and reporting, ensuring compliance with SOPs, and fostering continuous growth and development within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition - Hiring & L&D.
+ Drive hiring initiatives, including overseeing interview processes and offer management for tech related positions.
+ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Project Planning and Execution.
+ Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
+ Experiment with new ideas and processes to further improve the existing business metrics and
+ reduce system defects.
+ Provide clear SOPs and ensure team training is conducted effectively.
Manage Department Operations :
+ Partner with Recruitment Ops to refine selection criteria and interview processes.
+ Actively seek opportunities to automate routine processes to enhance productivity.
+ Establish operational procedures, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
Candidate Experience:
+ Enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
+ Implement initiatives to improve diversity and inclusion in hiring practices.
Monitor Departmental Growth and Performance :
+ Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess departmental performance.
+ Own weekly/monthly reporting and set up MISes and reports to track performance.
+ Escalate issues related to non-compliance or quality concerns.
Basic Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in program management, business strategy, or operations.
Proven ability to manage and optimize processes across multiple teams. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on first-principles thinking.
Ability to work closely with senior leaders to drive continuous improvement.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Proficiency in Google Sheets for tracking, reporting, and process management.
