Supervise day to day Invoice/claims booking (vendor/employees) as per pre-defined process/ TAT Ensure accuracy of Invoices booking w.r.to Contract/PO, TDS/GL/Cost center. Ensure timely approval/payment of Invoices/claims as per defined TAT Ensure timely & accurate month end AP Closure, finalize month end provisions/accruals, Ensure correct tax deduction and regular monitoring of YEP provisions. Timely preparation of Critical reconciliations- Vendor Recon, Adv to vendors, AP-GL etc. Release weekly /Monthly Dashboards /exceptions reports/ performance score cards Regular review/update of AP processes/SOP Adherence to Controls/compliances in AP process Preparation of Quarterly audit schedules and manage Internal /Statutory audit/ICoFR controls Compliance on Records maintenance & records retention requirements. Challenge the status quo, improve processes and introduce Best Practices Ensure regular communication and support to cross functional teams. Manage team in achieving day to day goals, coaching & mentoring


Job Specifications


Graduate/CA(Intermediate)/CMA/MBA 10 years of experience in Accounts payable in Indian Industry Strong Accounting Knowledge Strong team handling skill (at least 3-4 years) Strong Inter-Personal/Communication Skill Continuous Improvement/growth mindset
