Overview:
We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Global Events Marketing Associate to orchestrate high-impact executive engagement experiences across key U.S. markets. This role is critical in bringing together top-level decision-makers through curated, intimate events that align with our strategic go-to-market efforts. From concept to execution, you'll own the lifecycle of these initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, operations, and local teams to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Roundtable & Dinner Experiences:
Lead planning and delivery of C-level engagement events (dinners, roundtables, etc.) in priority U.S. cities.
Manage logistics: venue sourcing, scheduling, vendor coordination, attendee experience, and internal communication.
Drive seamless pre- and post-event operations to ensure high-quality touchpoints across the journey.
Strategic Audience Targeting:
Research and identify high-value decision-makers in enterprise and mid-market segments using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Apollo.
Build audience profiles and strategic invite lists in partnership with sales and ABM teams.
Geo-Based Prioritization:
Analyze sales data and pipeline metrics to identify and prioritize event geographies.
Use market insights and sales readiness to determine event timing and potential ROI by city.
Integrated Outreach Campaigns:
Plan and execute personalized outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and paid channels.
Optimize messaging and workflows to drive RSVPs and attendance conversion using automation tools and A/B testing.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Field Coordination:
Liaise with field marketing, regional sales teams, and external partners to coordinate on-ground event delivery.
Serve as the central point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders.
Post-Event Activation & Reporting:
Collaborate with Sales to ensure attendee follow-up, meeting scheduling, and pipeline attribution.
Capture feedback and performance data to continuously improve engagement strategy.
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or campaign management--preferably in SaaS, B2B tech, or enterprise environments.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot or Marketo, and sales tools like Sales Navigator.
Strong content writing and personalization skills, with comfort leveraging generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) for outreach and campaign creation.
Exceptional project management and communication skills with the ability to operate independently across time zones.
Analytical thinker who uses data to drive decisions and improve program effectiveness.
