Job Description

The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects within a program

to ensure they align with the organization's strategic goals. This role involves planning, coordinating,

and executing programs from initiation through delivery, while managing resources, budgets, and

timelines. The Program Manager works closely with project managers, cross-functional teams, and

stakeholders to drive collaboration, resolve issues, and ensure successful program delivery.

A Day in your life

Project Planning and Execution:

Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.

Coordinate with engineering & development teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Drive project execution, monitor progress, and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between developers, and other stakeholders.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure that project requirements are understood and met.

Resource Management:

Manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and timelines.

Optimize resource allocation to ensure efficient project delivery.

Quality Assurance:

Establish and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality & bug-free

products.

Conduct regular reviews and assessments to maintain the standards.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, feedback, and insights.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project success.

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.

Proactively address issues as they arise to keep projects on track.

Skills in the spotlight

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, experience in the EdTech

industry, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree or PMP certification is a plus.

Proven experience in project management, preferably within the EdTech industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is desirable.
