Role Overview

The Program Manager will play a key role in planning, implementing, and monitoring projects across Saksham's programs. The position involves close coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders, along with responsibility for documentation, reporting, and communication outputs.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and oversee program activities in line with organizational goals Coordinate with stakeholders including partners, donors, and internal teams Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and ensure accurate record-keeping Develop engaging content for social media and communication materials Support creation of videos and visual content for outreach and advocacy Assist with additional responsibilities as assigned by the organization

Required Qualifications and Skills

Master's degree in

Social Sciences, Communication, or a related field

from a recognized university Strong documentation and reporting skills with attention to detail Ability to write clear, engaging content for social media and other platforms Working knowledge of design tools such as

Canva

and

CorelDRAW

Basic to intermediate skills in video creation and editing Strong multitasking and time-management abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal capabilities

Compensation

Salary will be

negotiable

and commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience.
