Security Program Manager (Manager - Secure-by-Design Program)
Description / Key Responsibilities

• Own execution of the Secure-by-Design initiative across projects and verticals
• Work with Sales to review SOWs and scope security requirements upfront
• Identify security needs per project (App, Data, Cloud, AI) and plan TAG engagement
• Coordinate TAG resources across multiple customer projects
• Track security risks, gaps, and remediation status across deliveries
• Report program status, risks, and adoption metrics to leadership
• Enable consistent security scoping to avoid unplanned delivery delays

Must-Have Skills

• 8-12+ years in program/project management in tech, cloud, or security domains

• Experience working across Sales, Delivery, Architecture, and Security teams

• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills

Good-to-Have Skills

• Program governance & metrics

• Security scoping & risk assessment

• Agile / delivery lifecycle understanding

• SOW / contract review exposure

Education & Certifications

• Engineering / Management degree

• PMP / PgMP / SAFe (preferred)

• Security or cloud fundamentals certification (nice to have)
