The Program Manager will lead and implement a large-scale programme focused on Life Skills training and Employability Support for youth in urban areas. The role involves end-to-end ownership of programme delivery, scale-up, and impact, including implementation management, stakeholder engagement, business development, team leadership, and contribution to programme design and strategy.
The role requires a structured, empathetic, and execution-oriented professional with the ability to manage complex ecosystems and deliver measurable outcomes in youth employability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end programme implementation and delivery
Drive programme growth, scale-up, and achievement of defined outcomes
Manage multiple workstreams including implementation, pilots, and new initiatives
Engage and manage diverse stakeholders including corporates, partners, and institutions
Lead business development efforts to expand programme reach and partnerships
Manage and mentor programme teams, including large multi-functional teams
Contribute to programme design, strategy development, and long-term planning
Oversee monitoring, evaluation, and reporting to ensure impact and quality
Support development of scalable and blended learning models for employability
Preferred Skills & Experience
Deep understanding of Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) industry operations, products, regulations, and compliance
Master's degree in Finance; CFA Level 1 preferred
Overall 15+ years of professional experience, with at least 8-10 years in a BFSI corporate environment
Proven experience managing large-scale programmes
Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a growth-oriented approach
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills with experience in field research, data analysis, and report writing
Experience contributing to strategic initiatives and long-term planning in training and talent development within BFSI
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams of 30+ members
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Existing corporate networks will be an added advantage
