At Amazon, we're looking for a results-driven Program Manager to lead our medical annotation operations. You will work closely with a of large medical professionals, driving operational excellence through data-driven decision making and continuous process improvement.



Key job responsibilities

Operations Management

Manage daily work allocation and scheduling for medical annotators at scale Monitor real-time annotation queues and redistribute workload to prevent bottlenecks Create predictive analytics for capacity planning Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures


Productivity Management

Develop scalable frameworks to track, audit and report productivity of each individual annotators-based volumes and quality of annotations Implement productivity improvement initiatives Coordinate with medical quality manager on complex cases


Reporting

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports and performance analytics Develop comprehensive BI dashboards for reporting to AHS and One Medical leaders

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of program or project management experience 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience Bachelor's degree Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience 3+ years of driving process improvements experience Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
