Position - Program Management / NPD - Manager

Responsibilities -

1 Create new project layout design using cad tools

2 Responsible for press tool and tubler part DAP signup with supplier and customer

3 Responsible for new project feasibility study

4 Responsible for prototype part development

5 Prepare the new project BOM routing

6 Responsible for new press tool and tubler tool follow up

7 Responsible for all press tool trial as per time plan

8 Responsible for all new press tool trial and correction thru supplier

9 Responsible for project handover

10 Plan and review the raw material procurement for new project trial

11 Responsible for project wise gauge follow up

12 Responsible for new project handover to regular team

13 Responsible for tools and gauges quotation follow up with supplier

14 Responsible for supplier payment follow up with our team

15 Prepare the time plan for new project

16 Interacting with Customers

17 Responsible for new project outsource part follow up

18 Responsible for machine organization for trial and proving

19 Involving the EDC inventory

20 Responsible for new project trolley manufacturing follow up
