Program Lead - Full-Time | On-Campus | Leadership Role

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Design & Implementation

- Transdisciplinary, value-integrated curriculum aligned with NCF 2023.

Teacher Training & Development

- Induction, workshops, in-class coaching, and PLCs.

Teacher Recruitment & Mentoring

- Identifying, onboarding, and developing aligned educators.

Admissions & Orientation

- Guiding parents and students through philosophy and expectations.

Outreach & Engagement

- Campaigns, events, digital content, and representation in forums.

Leadership & Strategy

- Collaborative planning, reflective practices, and policy input.

We are Looking For

Alignment with values of

. Experience in

progressive pedagogy

(project-based, experiential, transdisciplinary). Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills with comfort in a

residential community setup

. Proficiency in

English & Hindi

Preferred Background:

Cambridge methodology, NCF 2023, SEL, Design Thinking, Systems Thinking, teacher training, or curriculum leadership.
